Sony WX-50 Light House on a White Background - Trying to get it done with low cost equipment

This is my 4th and likely final post related to getting a PURE 255, 255, 255 white background for Amazon images.  They have high standards it seems and I am wondering how someone can do it low cost, so that's what I am testing.  Also, not only low cost but NOT complicated either.  With my pro-gear and my wife editing, we can get this done.  I am just exploring other ways to do it, so I am using less than $400 worth of equipment including Photoshop Elements 11.
